ID 212 forte Instrument disinfection
Our recommendation for rotating instruments that are sensitive to alkaline and alcohol-based cleaners
ID 212 forte is a highly effective aldehyde-free concentrate for cleaning and disinfection of general instruments (mirrors, probes, tweezers, forceps, etc.). ID 212 forte is particularly ideal for rotating instruments used in dental applications that are made of light alloys and non-ferrous metals (aluminium, brass, etc.) and are sensitive to alkaline and alcohol-based cleaners. Thanks to its special corrosion inhibitors, ID 212 forte is particularly gentle on the materials it comes into contact with.

While the disinfection solution can be used for up to 7 days, the cleaning solution must be changed at least on a daily basis, or immediately if it is visibly contaminated.
Once the ID 212 forte has been applied, the instruments must be thoroughly rinsed off under running water for 15 seconds (drinking water quality or better, preferably using demineralised water) and dried.
