The following conditions apply to the registration
Extension of warranty period
The completed warranty extension application needs to be returned to Dürr Dental within three months of the installation date with the relevant payment. Your warranty will then be extended to in accordance with Dürr Dental‘s sales, supply and payment conditions.
The warranty extension only applies if:
1. Only Dürr Dental original equipment parts and Dürr Dental accessories are used.
2. Only cleaning agents and disinfectants that have been approved by Dürr Dental are used.
3. All installation or re-installation work, modifications, upgrades and repairs are carried out by Dürr Dental or by a specialised dealer who has been authorised by Dürr Dental to carry out this work.
4. The device is used and operated in accordance with the installation and operating instructions.
5. Dealer or customer has documents detailing that the routine maintenance has been carried out as per Dürr Dental guidelines for the product in question.
The original packaging should be stored away safely for possible return shipments. Only the original packaging can guarantee optimum protection for the device during transport.
Should a return shipment become necessary within the warranty period, Dürr Dental shall not be held liable for any transport damages due to faulty packaging. In case of an defect, the goods has to be sent back by the dealer. The dealer will bear the costs for the shipping to Dürr Dental. Dürr Dental will taken over the costs for the return shipment, in case of an free of charge repair.
