Our internships
Do you enjoy working with technology and want to find out whether a mechatronics training programme is right for you? Pupils can familiarise themselves with the mechatronics technician (m/f/d) training programme within a BORS/BOGY internship or a one-week voluntary test internship. In addition to a basic interest in everything to do with electronics, mechanics and IT, you should be committed and, above all, curious.
What is the deadline for my application?
We should receive your application at least 8 weeks before the start of your internship.
Can I also apply for a non-technical pupils internship?
Unfortunately, student internships in business areas are not possible with us

Do you need a basic or pre-study internship for your degree programme? We offer you the opportunity to gain theoretical and practical insights into the technical areas of our company. We’re looking forward to your application.

What requirements do I need for a pre-study internship?
The pre-study internships are aimed at first-year students in a technical degree programme, e.g. in electrotechnics and engineering.

We offer dedicated and motivated students the opportunity to gain their first practical insights into the fields of work related to their study programme. You can complete both compulsory internships/practical semesters and voluntary internships with us. In particular, we offer internships to students of engineering, natural sciences, medical technology and (business) informatics, primarily in the areas of research & development and product management.
How long should a student internship last?
Your internship as part of your university degree programme should ideally last four to six months.
What requirements do I need to meet for a student internship?
You should have a keen interest in the relevant subject area, advanced level in your degree programme, commitment and motivation.

Writing your thesis at DÜRR DENTAL
Dürr Dental offers students the opportunity to write their Bachelor's or Master's thesis before graduation in a practical setting. During the entire process, you will have a dedicated contact person from our company at your side to support you. In particular, we offer students of engineering and natural sciences, medical technology and (business) informatics the opportunity to write their theses, primarily in the areas of research & development and product management.
