ID 220 Bur disinfection
Easy and gentle application on rotating instruments
ID 220 is a ready-to-use solution for the cleaning and disinfection of rotating instruments (burs and milling cutters made of alkali-resistant steel and stainless steel, carbide, diamond instruments, root canal instruments, etc.) in dental practices, laboratories & clinics in the dental sector. ID 220 is highly effective, aldehyde-free and gentle on materials thanks to its special corrosion inhibitors.

1ID 220 has been tested under high loads in accordance with EN 13727, EN 13624, EN 14348, EN 14476, EN 14561, EN 14562, EN 14563, EN 17111 and the DVV/RKI guideline.
Application is incredibly quick and easy – the ready-to-use solution is applied undiluted, and the reaction time in the bur box is just 1 minute. It is important to note that the cleaning and disinfection steps must be carried out separately. After cleaning, the instruments should be thoroughly rinsed off under running water and manually re-cleaned if necessary. Then repeat the disinfection process in the second step. After the reaction time, the disinfected instruments must be thoroughly rinsed off under running water for 15 seconds (drinking water quality or higher, preferably using demineralised water) and dried.
