Our VistaSoft Monitor platform enables real-time monitoring of your medical devices. If anything happens that requires a response from you, you will receive a direct notification, along with automatic reminders when service or maintenance work is due as well as much, much more – and all this happens quietly in the background while the normal routine work in your dental practice is taking place.
No, the platform is designed to be intuitive and user-friendly. You will not need any special technical skills or knowledge to take full advantage of all its benefits.
For us, the security of your data is the highest priority. Our platform complies with the latest security and data protection standards. Your data is encrypted before it is transmitted to ensure that it is protected and remains confidential. VistaSoft Monitor cannot access patient data or device data that does not originate from Dürr Dental.
To set it up, simply create an account at vistasoftmonitor.com, connect the devices with LAN cables to your practice network and install VistaSoft Monitor once in the practice. After installation, open VistaSoft Monitor via the desktop shortcut and log in.
Notifications are sent out in real time. As soon as a device needs maintenance or a fault occurs, you will be immediately informed – either by email, push notification or directly on the desktop of your practice PC.
