The individual solutions are available in several versions and are suitable for up to 100 workstations. The high-performance suction systems are precisely matched to your requirements by the intelligent control.

Central separation collector

The central separation collector collects all the secretion sucked from treatment and simulation stations, separates the secretion-air mix and feeds the air into the suction unit. This means that no decentralised automatic separators are required in the treatment units or simulation stations. The amalgam separation takes place downstream via two CA 4 amalgam separators. Automatic cleaning with water and Orotol® plus also reduces the spread of germs in the tank.

Scalability

The electronic control of the Tyscor suction machines offers new possibilities for scalability. Thus, by retrofitting a suction stage, a Tyscor V 20 can easily be expanded to a Tyscor V 30. It is also possible to operate two systems on one suction network.

Exhaust air virus-bacteria filter

It is possible that the exhaust air from a suction unit may be microbially contaminated. It is therefore recommended to direct the exhaust air from the suction unit outside the building via an exhaust air virus-bacteria filter. Thus you protect others by keeping the ambient air clean.
