Sustainable options are particularly important for consumables. Because in this area, there is a high material requirement with a short utilisation time. However, the disinfectant wipes from DÜRR DENTAL prove that sustainability does not have to lead to restrictions in use, but can even lead to high efficiency benefits. The plastic-free wipes are five times more efficient than comparable products: One ready-to-use FD 350 green wipe was able to disinfect an area of 2.60 m² in the test, instead of 0.54 m² as with the comparable product. In addition to these advantages, the wipes made from natural fibres offer a broad spectrum of efficacy and are produced using renewable energy.  

The FD 350 green disinfectant wipes therefore combine sustainability, reliable effectiveness and a high yield. With this, the expert jury honoured DÜRR DENTAL with the GREEN DENTAL AWARD 2025 in the category ‘Best Impact’ at the International Dental Show in Cologne on 26 March 2025.

Since 2023, the GREEN DENTAL AWARD of the initiative DIE GRÜNE PRAXIS has honoured sustainable product ideas, services and logistics systems, thus sending a strong signal for the need for innovative solutions for a more sustainable dental industry.
